Charoensuk Phochana | Delicious Thai Beef Rice Noodle Soup that has been opened over 50 years | Bangkok Governor's favorite restaurant

There are all kinds of Thai Rice Noodle Soup, Fish Ball Rice Noodle Soup, Beef Rice Noodle Soup, Chicken Rice Noodle Soup, and Pork Rice Noodle Soup. With different soup base, such as Tom Yum, clear soup, braised, etc. Thai Beef Rice Noodle soup is also popular in Thailand, and you can see them everywhere here in bangkok as well.
This Restaurant, "Charoensuk Phochana" was visited by thai governor "Chatchart Sitthiphan", and became his favorite beef noodle soup restaurant.
I've visited here over 6 times, and was surprised that their broth is different from other beef noodle soup restaurants, flavorful and sweet.

Staffs are busy especially during peak hours, serving both dine-in and take out orders.
They opened quite early, from 8 AM to 7PM.

Four staffs next to the cooking area, one of them is preparing the noodles and soup, one of them is pouring seasonings to the bowl, and others helping with packing and taking orders.  No wonder it's served on my table less than 2 minute.

This restaurant was giving "Grab Thumbs Up" award from Thai food delivery app "Grab Food", which means top orders and good reviews.
Noodles they offer rice noodles, wide rice noodles, and vermicelli.

Cooking area filled with fresh beefs and beef offals.

Inside the big golden pot is braised beef, beef brisket, tendon, and tripe.

This broth doens't look simple, bones, chinese herb, thai herb and spices simmering all together.
Aside from the broth, are beef balls that made themselves.

This bowl of dish is called Gao Lao, contains mixed beef and beef offal, beef lungs, beef tendons, beef intestines, tripe, beef brisket and beef meatballs.
With plenty of water spinach and bean sprouts on the bottom.

I got my noodle soup within 2 minutes, delightful!

Look at this broth, clear. Look at the braised beef and beef slices, I can never have enough.
I ordered mixed beef and beef offal soup noodle. If you don't like offal, feel free to ask staff to skip the offal.
Beef balls in the restaurant are also delicious. chewy and bouncy, the takeaway price is 500 baht for 100 pieces.
Beef and beef offals are fresh, broth is clear and sweet, with rich flavor in mix chinese herbs.

I always like my noodle soup with lots of chili and white pepper, make the soup even better.
I miss this bowl of beef noodle soup if I haven't have it for days (I In fact, I have eaten it more than six times).

Ordered an ice cube cup, 2 baht, with free tea.
Beef rice noodle soup costs 60 baht a bowl.

Most people here order Gao Lao, which is beef and mixed beef offal with one small bowl Jasmine rice, I can finally tell after I tasted it, it's awesome!
I ordered Gao Lao without beef offal, this portions of mixed beef for Gao Lao are more if you only order noodle soup, which is a surprise!

Gao Lao, what so specially is that when rice soaked with the soup, it's fullfilling for every spoon you had.
I love it when they give me lots of vegetables, and Gao Lao they give more morning glory and bean sprouts.
I am a vegetable lover.

Every bit of it is enjoyable.

There's also chili sauce for beefs. Quite tasty.
Gao Lao is 70 Baht, Thai Jasmine rice 8 Baht.
